Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most prevalent form of dementia. Improving amount acetylcholine in brain an efficient way to treat illness. The global incidence dementia estimated be as high 50 million, and it expected increase every 20 years until 2040, resulting a costly burden disease. Early-life risk factors for pathology include genes, chromosomal abnormalities, head injury, insulin resistance, inflammation. Potentially modifiable including obesity, diabetes, hypertension, smoking are associated with represent promising targets intervention. drugs currently being used manage AD have various drawbacks. chemical inhibition cholinesterase enzymes effective technique treating signal related neuropathology, possible sources compounds these properties natural products biogenic metal oxide nanoparticles.
